About Us
Dos Gallos Provisions
Two wooden roosters given to us as a housewarming gift sat on top of our refrigerator for a long, long time. They “supervised’’ home canning and the baking of cupcakes, muffins, cookies, and breads, all while we enjoyed our morning cappuccino or brewed a fresh pot of coffee. Today, they became the symbol of Dos Gallos Provisions.
We have enjoyed canning for years to give as gifts to our friends and family during the holidays. Check back often for new offerings, or email us at dosgallosprovisions@icloud.com.
With over 30 years in the food service industry, we now want to bring some of our and our friend’s favorite homemade goods to you. Our canned goods are made in small batches using locally sourced fresh vegetables, including our own backyard garden. While you savor our pastries and smoothies, keep in mind that some items will be seasonal and only available during certain times of the year.
