Dos Gallos Provisions
Two wooden roosters given to us as a housewarming gift sat on top of our refrigerator for a long, long time. They “supervised’’ home canning and the baking of cupcakes, muffins, cookies, and breads. Today, they became the symbol of
Dos Gallos Provisions.
We have enjoyed canning for years to give as gifts to our friends and family during the holidays.

With over 30 years in the food service industry we now want to bring some of our and our friend’s favorite homemade goods to you. Our canned goods are made in small batches using locally sourced fresh vegetables including our own backyard garden. Some will be seasonal items and only available during certain times of the year.
